Purchasing a plan
Choose a plan
Click any of the plan links above or on the pricing page. You'll be taken to the checkout page.
Complete checkout
Enter your email and payment details. All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy — Neto never sees your card details.
Receive your licence key
After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your licence key. It looks like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Keep this safe.
Activate on your Pi
Open the Neto dashboard, go to Licence in the nav, and enter your key. See the next section for step-by-step instructions.
Activating your key
Open the Neto dashboard at http://neto.local:8080 and click Licence in the navigation bar.
- If you're on the free trial, you'll see the pricing cards and a key entry field at the bottom
- If your trial has expired, the key entry field appears on the expired page
- If you already have an active licence, the Licence page shows your current plan details
Enter your key in the activation field and click Activate. Neto connects to the licence server, validates the key, and activates it for your Pi. This takes a few seconds.
Managing your subscription
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically. To manage your subscription — upgrade, downgrade, update payment details, or cancel — visit the customer portal:
You can also reach it from the Licence page in the dashboard by clicking Open customer portal.
- Upgrading (e.g. monthly to annual) — you'll be charged the prorated difference and moved to annual billing immediately
- Cancelling — access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Updating payment details — done through the customer portal without contacting support
Moving to a new Pi
Each licence can only be active on one Pi at a time. To move your licence to a new or replacement Pi:
Release from the old Pi
On your old Pi, go to Licence → Device & key info → Release licence from this device. This deactivates the key and frees it for use elsewhere. You don't need the old Pi to be working — contact support if it's no longer accessible.
Activate on the new Pi
Complete the setup wizard on your new Pi and enter your licence key when prompted, or go to the Licence page after setup and enter it there.
Free trial
Every new installation of Neto includes a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
The trial clock starts on your first login to the dashboard and runs for exactly 30 days. A countdown is shown in the banner at the top of every page.
When the trial expires, the dashboard becomes inaccessible until a licence key is activated. Your data and settings are preserved — activating a licence restores full access immediately.
